progress update: 21st Aug 09<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi Helen,
\nIt’s Zara here, just to give you an update on my new life.
\nI am getting on really well, and get taken for a walk to the local pond every day for a swim.
\nMy new owners are looking after me, though I do feel much lighter these days,
\nand haven’t had a sniff of a roast dinner since i’ve been here!
\nI’ve enclosed a picture so you can see my progress, although Mum says it has been taken from a very
\nflattering angle!
\nThey do get narked when i try to sit on their telephone table to look out of the window though!
\nSquiff and I are really looking forward to seeing you at the dog show in September,
\nis there a fat fighters prize?! Don’t know what she means by that?!<\/p>\n

\nI have attached a pic of Zara with Clifford (Squiff).
\nAs you can see they have settled in well together!
\nIt may be nice for the people in Ireland?

This is Zara, she’s ten [ 11 in August ] & as gentle as a lamb,
\ngood with everyone here dogs & cats, & she just oozes love.
\nShe’s spotlessly clean in the house, &
\nis clean all night, not able to go for walks,
\nbut she’s active & would make an ideal companion for an older person.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
