progress update: 9th Jan 10

Charlie has now been given a permanent home by his fosterer Jane !!<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/h1>\n

He is a terrier with a purpose and needs a home and garden to guard and protect from marauding cats and fireworks.
\nHe is very affectionate and an excellent companion.<\/p>\n

Progress report from Jane Nov. 16th<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Charlie has settled in well with Jodie who is very attention seeking and a bit of a bully with him. He is very patient with her and has learnt to manipulate her so that he gets his fair share of attention! He is very clean in the house but does like to roll in noxious substances. However he is quite happy to have a shower when necessary. He loves to retieve balls and will do so any time, any place – whether it is on the beach in the dark or at home when he rolls one down the stairs and chases after it. He also loves to swim and is very courageous, braving choppy seas and even diving rather than lose a ball. Jodie does not like to swim so tries to retieve Charlie and ball when they arrive back on dry land. He has learnt to evade her by going back in the water and swimming very fast to dodge round her. He walks well on a lead but can be belligerent with some other small dogs if not handled firmly; he tends to ignore larger dogs unless they threaten Jodie.<\/p>\n

\nCharlie has settled in really well after his long journey.
\nHe’s a lovely little boy, loads of character and very well behaved.
\nWill make someone a lovely pet if my Daughter lets him go!!

Charlie is a 2 <\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00bd yr old jack russel who is good with children and other dogs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

He comes from a family who can unfortunately no longer keep him<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
