Bud has now found a home !!<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

progress update on Roz: 16\/3\/13<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Auntie Pat, Mummy said that I should write to you & complain about the day I had yesterday. First there was no breakfast then we went to the vets. I was really happy to be there as always & I was delighted that my weight had stayed at 7.8. Then she came with me through to the back of the building & they put me in a cage. The vet bed was blue not pink or lilac to match my lead. Then she went off with the nurses to see a 3 legged cat that she had rescued. They were all so pleased with cat’s progress that they completely ignored me even though I started singing in my best top soprano.( Had I told you that dearest Words & I are practising 2 part howling. Words takes the tenor line & I do the soprano. We are only doing it when she goes out so it will be perfect for her to listen to when we are ready.
\nAnyway I am a bit hazy about the next few hours & when mummy came to collect me I was feeling all cold & wobbly. But when we got home she carried me out of the car to the house. Then I had a light supper of minced tripe,a puree of apple & vegtables & some yoghurt.She then took me upstairs & made a nest for me on her bed. I had a long sleep & felt much better especialy because I was allowed to sleep on the bed all night.
\nI overheared her talking on the phone & she said that I had been sprayed or strayed or something like that. It is very boring because I have to stay on the lead for the next few days & I am a girl who likes her freedom. Still she told me that things could be worse at least I don’t have to wear an elizabethan collar whatever that is.
\nI hope that you all well & surviving the cold weather (I have a smart coat for quiet walks on the lead) Love from Rozxx<\/p>\n

progress update on Roz: 3\/7\/12<\/strong>
\nDear Auntie Pat just to let you know I was down to 10.2 last week,
\nmummy has bought some new scales so it is more accurate.
\nMummy is fed up because she is going on all these long walks as well but is not loosing any weight.
\nPersonaly I think it has something to do with chocolate icecream. Did I tell you that I had my rabies jab? I have now
\ngot a passport & am learning to be a chienne.
\nDearest Wordsworth is teaching me because he is a seasoned traveler & has been to France 3 times.
\nHe tells me that I must learn to call him Mon Cher Amour.
\nHe says I must learn to bark with a french accent so all the froggy
\ndoggys understand.
\nOne day hopefully soon I will come & see you & you will think who is
\nthis beautiful stranger at my door!

progress update on Roz: 20\/6\/12<\/strong>
\nBud’s foster Mum Pat had a call from Roz aka Bud’s new owner,this little dumpling came to us at 14 1\/2 kg…massively overweight! and she now weighs in at 10kg and is dashing about everywhere x Well done Erica and Rozz<\/p>\n

progress update on Bud\/Roz: 10\/6\/12<\/strong>
\nDear Auntie Pat, My mummy is very ignorant & hasn’t learnt to send pictures by e-mail but as soon as someone with a bit more intelegence comes round they will be sent.
\nJubellers looks very smart in her outfit. Dearest Wordsworth & I went to London for the weekend.
\nWe went on the train which was exciting.
\nThe carpet on the train was covered in minute crums of food & I did a good job hoovering as much area as I was allowed to get to.
\nAlthough he has made several train journeys Dearest Wordsworth got a bit wobbly when we first got on but after about 30 minutes he felt better & we both slept for the rest of the journey.
\nWe went for walks in some realy big parks, a bit different from the country, still we met all sorts of dogs, Dearest Wordsworth found lots of squirrels & I found some truly wonderful rubbish bins.
\nThere was a street party where we were staying & we had our photos taken along with all the dogs & cats that live in the street.
\nMy photos hopefully will arrive soon, love from Roz<\/p>\n

progress update on Bud: 1\/6\/12<\/strong>
\nDear Aunty Pat just to keep you up to date.
\nI have now progressed from small furry things to deer, they give you a much better run for your money.
\nI went swimming twice last week once in the Little Sea at studland & once in the river at Wareham.
\nI am not sure that I should have gone in the water but it looked too good to resist.
\nDearest Wordsworth is swimming a lot more, mainly to take my stick away from me.
\nSome times we share it and both carry it back to shore.
\nI have now worked out the purpose of the cat flap & with slightly better measurements I can get through it easier than before.
\nI am definitely looking slimmer but still have a way to go.

progress update on Bud: 4\/7\/12<\/strong>
\nDear Auntie Pat, Please please come & rescue me.
\nAfter I saw those photos you sent I realised how much I had changed.
\nThey are starving me.
\nI know my maths is not very good but I am sure they are giving me one less biscuit every day.
\nI have had to have my collar taken in twice!
\nSome boys like bigger girls.
\nI asked Words how he thought I looked he said ‘allright I suppose’ there you see what I mean.
\nYesterday I thought we were going for our usual nice quiet walk, you know look down some rabbit holes pick up some eau de fox\/ badger\/ hyenna shit & home for tea.
\nI was shocked when Words said look my friends are here & suuddenly we were surrounded by hysterical collies & a Shelty.
\nThe Shelty told me that under all his fluff he was quite portly & advised me to get some hair extensions.
\nI was then forced to run around & chase sticks for about half an hour I did actually get the stick on one occasion.
\nSee what I mean I could never have done that a few weeks ago.
\nI must stop now I can hear her coming up the stairs.

\nnow weighs in at 12.8..she was 14.45 four weeks ago<\/p>\n

Bud has been with me a couple of weeks now and she is such a good girl,
\nwould make a welcome addition to any family,
\nher weight is falling off and she will be trim in no time,
\nswimming is her thing but is happy to run along wherever we go.<\/p>\n

Just had a call from Alfie’s new owners,they are delighted with their new addition who has settled in as if he had always been there,they say a big thank you to Dawg Dogs .x

Just had a fab walk with Alfie and bud of the lead at whitecliff,
\nBud is in training to swim the channel she loves swimming so that should help shift those extra pounds in no time.
\nthese are two very sociable friendly dogs.they are house and crate trained and travel well in a crate in the car<\/p>\n

Two very tired foster dogs after four hours walking and swimming.
\ngreat well behaved dogs who enjoy life<\/p>\n

These two darling Jack Russells arrived today and have settled very well,
\nenjoyed a walk with three of my dogs,
\nnot fazed by anything outside and very sociable with other dogs.
\nAlfie the tri – colour boy loves to play ball and we spent time in the garden playing fetch and drop,he would be great at fly ball. Bud is just so easy going and lazed in the garden with her chewy bone.
\nBoth settled well in their crate an not a peep out of them<\/p>\n
