WHERE HE WELCOMES NEW DOGS AND IS ALSO IN CHARGE OF BARKING CONSTANTLY AT THE SEA, RIVERS, PUDDLES, STONES, PEBBLES, SAND ETC. AS WELL AS THINGS THAT ARE NOT REALLY THERE<\/em>!!<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
