DAWGdogs @ LUSH !

9/11/14

Morning all.

Last night a few of us here at LUSH Bournemouth got to meet Helen and the lovely Minnie as part of our current instore campaign with DAWGdogs.

We are accepting donations of anything of use to the organisation such as food and blankets via a collection box.

There is also information galore for anyone wanting to find out more about adoption or DAWGdogs themselves (http://dawgdogs.net/).

Happy Friday!

Love LUSH Bournemouth x

Hally & Mog

Hally and Mog have both now found homes !!

progress update: 15/11/2014

Mog (aka puppa roo) had a great time on our walk today, her and her sister have settled in very well, the are very sweet friendly little girls, they love everyone and everyone that has met them out and about have loved them.
They are good at night and brilliant off lead, not keen on their first bath but I was forgiven with lots of hugs and kisses after, these girls are lots of fun and so loving.

Hally sleepy after her walk today

Hally and her sister Mog are four months old and a mixture of lots of types gorgeous dogs.
They have settled in amazingly quickly with Jane and Daisy and have already been off the lead on their walk.
They are full of life and fun and instantly adored by all that have met them.

If you may be able to offer a home or would like more details

please contact Helen directly on:

We usually only rehome within approx. 50 miles of the Bournemouth / Poole area
so that we can ensure the continued well-being of the dogs in our care.
We will only rehome further afield if the homes are exceptional.
We are NOT looking for just ANY home that is offered.
All potential homes will be assessed to try and ensure the best possible home
to cater for the differing needs of each individual dog that we rescue

Ed the Doberman ( Edward )

progress update: 09/11/2014

Ed has now found a home !!

progress update: 02/11/2014

Ed has been with us for two months and we would love for him to find a home.
He is well trained and loves people.
As he has been in kennels since arriving back to us it would be wonderful to find him a foster home until a permanent is found.
Do you think you could foster Ed ?
He would need to be the only dog as he is used to this.
It won’t cost you anything but your time as the rescue provides food and bedding.

If anyone feels they can foster Ed for us please phone Helen at the Rescue

Theo (a.k.a Lilo the lurcher)

progress update: 02/11/2014

A first picture of Theo, (was Lilo the Lurcher), settling in to his new home.
He is doing really well and is coming out of his shell.
Loves all the fuss and cuddles, can be a little bit naughty, but he is still a baby, so only to be expected.
Nothing very bad – just being a pickle.

Dolly (one of Dani’s pups)

NOW REHOMED !!

progress update: 29/10/2014

Hi Helen (and Jane!)
Just thought I’d send you a couple of photos of Dolly, who seems to have settled in wonderfully.
She’s so happy, loves everyone and their dogs!
Not to mention stretching out in front of the fire (don’t worry, we are not letting her overheat!).
Many thanks and keep up the good work,
Jan and Simon
