We would all like to say a big
to Poochies Dog Grooming Parlour
for the raffle prize they donated to us recently.
We raised £194.00 at our Fun Dog Show .
Thank you to Nicky, Kevin, Kayleigh, Gemma and Niki who all gave up precious weekend time to help.
Once again you were all there to help the rescue.
Thank you.
Please do come along and join us at The Candle Jar in Winton for our table top and cake sale that Kayleigh has organised on Sat 22nd June.
We would all like to say a big
to Jane and The Flying Colours Driving School
for raising £35 at their under 17s driving event on Saturday, 11th May
for DAWG Dogs which covered the cost of one of our Chievely trips to collect the Irish dogs.
We would like to say a big
to Julia at Antler Dog Chews
for kindly donating some raffle prizes to the Rescue!
Thank you to Wayne and the beach rangers who organised a Charity Dog Walk in aid of DAWGdogs at which £158.00 was raised.
Lots of dogs turned up and the sun shone as we all set off to Bournemouth.
Thank you also to The Friendly Dog Club who organised a display on training.
Everyone that attended said how much they enjoyed it and Wayne and his colleagues were so supportive of the Rescue.
Here’s young Pippin modelling one of the new coats paid for by Pets at Home.
They will help advertise those DAWGdogs needing homes when they are out on walks etc. especially when combined with their bright ‘I Need Adopting !!’ leads.
We would like to say a huge
to Pets at Home Branksome for paying for these coats and for all their support of the Rescue.
Thank you also to Peter for these photographs.
Pippin himself is not looking for a home as he has his feet well under the table now as a permanent resident at the Rescue where he loves to pull everything off the radiators whenever he can!
We would like to thank Poochies Dog Groomers,
Wimborne Road, Bournemouth
for kindly giving Winnie and Apple a
wash, cut and blow dry today and all free of charge.
Winnie and Apple are looking much prettier
and feeling more comfortable without the matted hair.
We would like to say a big
to Pets At Home, Branksome store
for the £199.09 raised
through their Support Adoption For Pets charity
and also to thank
Chris and his staff for their continued support of DAWG!
We would like to say a big
to Angela and her customers of the
Galley Cafe, Davis Boatyard, Hamworthy
for the £71.00 raised
in her collection box for the rescue.
