Polly after a trip to the vet, a delicious meal of mince, egg, cheese and biscuit.
Sleeping soundly on a comfy bed.
Polly may be much younger than we originally thought possibly only 5 – 6 years old but she looks so much older due to neglect of her.
She has a painful dry eye, infected ears and skin and is bone thin.
In a month’s time of good food and treatment she will be a different dog.
Polly has a wonderful temperament, she is excellent with other dogs and gentle with people and as long as the light and radio are on at night she sleeps all night long without a peep out of her.
Saved from a pound where she was due to be put to sleep today,
Polly is an elderly dog who has been quite badly neglected.
She is a calm, gentle dog who has been through a lot recently and will really appreciate a caring owner.
She will be taken to our vets tomorrow for a check-up as she has a bit of an eye infection and is very underweight
