Hope’s appeal 2014 – £1258 raised > target £1990

progress update: 11/05/2014

To date we have raised £1258 for Hope’s Appeal.

We are still collecting in sponsorship money from Sam’s Marathon runs and as soon as we have all of this in we will put up the final total raised by Sam.

Thank you to everyone who has helped raise money for Hope.
Firstly Sam who is just incredible in running not just the London Marathon but The Silverstone Half Marathon as well.
Claire at The Candlejar who has raised money for both Hope’s appeals and has so far has raised nearly £850 since she started, Marilyn and Mike who held an Indian and Italian meal at their house and asked the invited guests to donate, Afrivets who have raised money in the sugery, Claire and Jane who did a car boot last weekend and everyone who kindly sent in donations.

We still need car boot stuff and clothes please if you have any that you would like to donate to us to raise money please phone the Helen at the Rescue.

update: 24/4/14

Sam has run The London Marathon for Hope’s appeal and ran it in a amazing 4.57.04 time.
Sam also ran The Silverstone Half Marathon to raise money for Hope.

To all of you that kindly agreed to gather sponsorship for this mammouth effort on Sam’s part can you please collect up your sponsorship and send it to the Rescue.

Once we have had all the sponsorsip money in we will let you know how much has been raised.

 

update: 26/3/14

Hope had a small tumour again on her nose which was removed by the Cancer Specialist she saw for her first op.
The bill this time was £1,990.
We are once again trying to raise the money to pay for this bill.
Sam is running the London Marathon and has already run the Silverstone Marathon to raise money towards the bill. We have sponsorship forms for this which can be downloaded below or if you can donate please go to our website and make a donation via a paypal payment or send directly to the Rescue.
Claire who she lives with now is going to do car boots to raise money so we are appealing for any good, quality bric n brac to sell at these.

The Candle Jar in Winton is also raising money for the appeal and so far has raised £185 so do pop in and see what lovely items are for sale!

update: 4/3/14

Sam ran in The Silverstone Half Marathon on Sunday and completed it in 2.08.54 time.
She is training now for the London Marathon.

Samantha is running the Silverstone Half Marathon and the London Marathon to raise money for Hope’s second operation.
