Cracker has now found a home !!
progress update: 28/01/2017

I wanted to give you an update on our DAWG rescue, his name is Vinnie but you might remember him as Cracker!
We have had him for 4 years, he is really one of a kind… naughty at times but fills our lives with so much and really could not be without him!
We still get asked daily what breed he is and we answer… he’s a Vinnie!
You guys do such wonderful work and I just wanted to say thank you!

Lenny has now found a home !!

Lenny is still waiting to find his forever home.
He is such a soft, gentle boy who just wants to love and be loved.
Could you be Lenny’s new family?
Please share and spread the word.
This poor boy was abandoned at such a young age, he is a real home boy now.
Please have a think if you might have room on the sofa or know someone who could help this gentle soul.
progress update:
Lenny has settled in well.
He is a super boy and really deserves a forever home.
He is very gentle and loves a fuss.
He loves other dogs and running around the park.
He is clean in the house but needs training as he is a pup and does what pups do….. he’s had a nibble here and there!
He was very timid when he arrived but he is growing in confidence every day.

Lenny is a young Lurcher who was abandoned.
He is so gentle and has a kind way with him.
He gets on very well with other dogs and is enjoying staying with Claire and Kenny her dog.
He still needs to fatten up a little and is on extra rations.
More to follow as he settles in
A Very Happy New Year to all and especially those of you that have given homes to our dogs, helped with the fundraising , the vets that have supported us, the fantastic people at Branksome Pets at Home, The Hurcombe family and especially to all of our foster Mum and Dad’s who have given home space to sometimes very difficult foster dogs that they have lived with and often for many weeks or months before homes were found for them.
Without you all DAWGdogs would not function as well and find homes for so many dogs.
REHOMED !!
progress update: 18/12/2016

In October this beautiful boy came to me from DAWGdogs.
I knew when taking him on he had issues.
Since getting him I met my partner.
Sadly, despite perseverance my partner still feels uneasy around him and has asked for him to be shut away when he visits which I’m not happy about, so with regret I have no choice but to let him go.
If you are interested, he’s fully house trained, stunning to look at, well socialized and generally comes when he’s called.
He’s 38, own house, car and business and I think he’ll make a great boyfriend with a little work.
