A cheque for £3,080 was presented to Helen for the Rescue from Support Adoption for Pets.
This was raised at the recent fundraising drive in the Branksome Pets at Home.
Thank you so much to all the team at Support Adoption for Pets and Chris and his staff at Branksome Pets at Home for this and all the support you give the Rescue, it means so much to us all at DAWGdogs.

Candlejar thank you :-

Claire at The Candlejar has this year raised a staggering £1000.00 for the Rescue.
Thank you so much to Claire, Debbie ( who made Drifters to sell for the Rescue ) and Jan ( who made cards to sell ) and all of the customers who supported Claire’s fundraising.
Claire you are amazing and thank you.

We have now collected in all the money that was raised from Sam’s marathons for Hope’s Appeal.
The total is an amazing £837.00.
A huge thank you to Sam who trained hard for so many months in the lead up to them and ran both the Silverstone Half Marathon and the London Marthon.
Thank you so much Sam from Hope and everyone at DAWGdogs.

Thank you also to all that sponsored her – Afrivets Vet Surgery and their clients who have been amazing in their support of Hope’s Appeal and Marilyn who organised Italian and Indian meal evenings for her friends.

The Friendly Dog Club :-

Angela, Kate, Gemma and the members at the club have continually supported the Rescue over several years and we would like to thank you and say how very much all of us at DAWGdogs have appreciated this so much.

Please take a moment to help the Oldies Club

The Oldies Club have often helped out DAWGdogs by featuring some of our older dogs needing homes on their website.
It would be nice to return the favour by getting as many people as possible to vote for them please;-

We are taking part in the Big Break for Charity and need lots more votes to hopefully push us into second or possibly even first place in the contest, and help us win up to £2,000 for the dogs in the care of the Oldies Club rescue. I hope that you will have a spare minute to vote for us here:

https://www.directdebit.co.uk/DirectDebitPromotions/BigBreak2014/Pages/CauseDetail.aspx?CauseId=616

You can also vote by texting BIG BREAK 0616 to 78866

If you could spread the word amongst your friends and colleagues too, that would be wonderful and very much appreciated.
Thank you!

Kind regards
Jo

Thank you Pets At Home!!

Here’s young Pippin modelling one of the new coats paid for by Pets at Home.

They will help advertise those DAWGdogs needing homes when they are out on walks etc. especially when combined with their bright ‘I Need Adopting !!’ leads.

We would like to say a huge

“Thank you !!!!”

to Pets at Home Branksome for paying for these coats and for all their support of the Rescue.

Thank you also to Peter for these photographs.

Pippin himself is not looking for a home as he has his feet well under the table now as a permanent resident at the Rescue where he loves to pull everything off the radiators whenever he can!
