Max is a three year old German Shepherd who arrived to Ann’s place just skin and bones.
As you can see from this photo Max is now in prime health and looking for a home.
He gets on well with other dogs and as he has been living on a smallholding used to horses, turkeys, chickens and anything else needing a home that finds its way to Ann’s place.
We are so pleased to report that Cara has finally found a home after over two years in the Rescue in which time she changed a lot form the fearful girl she was.
She now lives on a smallholding with Ann in the New Forest.
Cara is enjoying keeping the untidy birds in place!

Dani has finally found her home.
Jane who fostered her had fallen in love with her but we didn’t give her too much time to grieve and filled the hole in her heart with Jessie the Terrier.

Giz went proudly off to his new home, wagging his tail, he looked like the cat that had the cream with his very own family.
A big thank you to Serena who helped get him to safety and happiness, he is a great little fellow,
tears were shed, my bed will be empty tonight – Pat.

Toffee would make a great companion for anyone.
He is such a people dog he is getting on well with both Wish and Sprocket and is learning he is a dog again as I think he has been spoiled in the past,
he is now on a diet and exercise as he is a little overweight.
Toffee is loving having a garden to go in and out as he likes and loves all the walks we have been going on.
Toffee is a 4 year old chihuahua who would best be homed without cats and/or small children.

Stitch who arrived from the dog pound with Lilo has settled in well.
He loves children and spent a long time playing hide and seek and other games with a little boy he met recently, he drew the line at Snap and Pick Up Sticks though as he said he really wasn’t so good at these games down to having paws.
He gets on great with the dogs in his foster home and has accompanied Geoff to the Pub, just to keep an eye on Geoff and to make sure he wasn’t home too late of course !!

Basil has been getting his paws under the table at his foster home apart from when the cat batts him one as he walks past it.
If he went to a home with cats it would have to be a bruiser like the cat he is staying with now.
Anyone more timid and he may be tempted to chase it.
The dog who has graciously agreed to share his home with Basil until he finds a new home is also called Basil which makes it easier for his foster Mum when calling them in from the garden as she sort of gets two for the price of one when they answer her!
He is very cuddly whether you want a cuddle or not.
A really good chap and we cannot understand how he found himself in a dog pound on Deathrow.
Still, he is safe with us now and quite pleased he avoided the last rites and breakfast.
The Gallows weren’t looking too enticing to him either !!

Basil
JRT around 8 to 12 months old, very scared in kennels, but once out he is a lovely honey monster, just wants fuss all the time, climbs on your lap, snuggles into you, very inquisitive, pretty boy, wee’d on lucie, poor lucie!
Gave me little kisses, rubs himself up against you like a cat, such a silly soppy boy.
