Lost dog Oscar

Our lost dog Oscar has been reported to have been picked up on the hard shoulder of the M11 motorway heading southbound between junctions 8-7 (Stanstead-Harlow) on 10th January 2011 at approximately 11am.
It has been alleged that two ladies in a small hatchback car picked him up as he was running along the side of the motorway.
The police were called and two police/traffic officers attended the incident.
We have been in contact with the police and the highways agency but neither can find any record of the incident and so we have no idea what happened to Oscar after this and we therefore need your help.
We believe Oscar is not in our area and could have been taken to anywhere in the country! Was he taken to you?

Oscar is a male (complete) sandy and black Border Terrier cross and is 20 months old, he went missing on 8th January 2011 from our back garden in Threshers Bush, Harlow, Essex, CM17 0NS.
He had a collar and tag on when he went missing but is not micro chipped.
Oscar has been with us since birth and was the only puppy in his litter to survive when his brothers and sister were stillborn, he was our little miracle and is very special to us.
We are devastated that he has gone missing and are desperate to find him and return him to his much loved family home.

I have attached a poster with a photo of Oscar, we would really appreciate it if you would print and display this poster for us.

Kind Regards,

Lucy Lawrence

Missing beagle

Hi,

My name is Julia Gammon and on November 28th 2010 my beagle went missing in Lordshill woods in Southampton.
I am aware that he may have been stolen, however I have been told that Beagles are capable of travelling miles over a short period of time and therefore I am emailing his details to dog wardens throughout the country.
Please would you take some time to look at his picture and read his description and see if he matches any dogs you have picked up or if you could give me some details of where to call, I would be extremely grateful.
I am offering a subtantial reward for his return as he is very much missed.

He is tan and white, he has been neutered and he is a year and 3 months old.
He has tan patches covering both his eyes and ears, and some patches on his back but he is mostly white. His tail is full and he has not been microchipped.
He was wearing a collar with a blue tag in the shape of a bone, with details of the person who was looking after him who’s name is Nicky Jenkins and the address is Holly Hill in Southampton.
Her phone number is also on the tag.
He was wearing a brown collar, but both this and the tag may have been removed.

Thank you for your time.

Julia

We have since had a report that at about 2.30 pm the same day a young boy caught him near
Beechwood Ave on Stem Lane he was being chased by a man (approx 6ft tall, balding with grey hair)
who caught up with them and said he was his dog and then took him off in the direction of the main Road from Stem Lane.

24/11/10

Alice, a short haired, white and tan lurcher has been missing since Saturday in the Dibden Enclosure area of the forest. She has a bald patch on her left thigh and was wearing a beige collar, with tag, when she disappeared. She is a rescue dog, so is sometimes unsure of new people.

PHOEBE

brindle & white female boxer MICROCHIPPED

Stolen from kennels in Westfield, East Sussex. TN35 Jan 4th

Phoebe was being kennelled by her owner because he lost his wife on New Years Eve: four days later someone broke into the kennels and took a lead and only stole Pheobe. Only dog taken, taken with a lead from kennels.

message from kennels
On the 4th of Jan at lunch time I had a dog stolen from my kennels in Westfield East Sussex. TN35 4SB. This has actually devastated myself and my staff. The owner is obviously beside himself. The worse part is that he lost his wife to cancer on new years eve, hence the dog being boarded here. My kennels has been in operation since 1963 and never has anything happened like this. The dog is a boxer bitch 4yrs old , docked tail, dark brindle in colour, she is micro chipped and spayed. This has obviously become a police matter but I would be very much appreciate this story being circulated. Tel 07968345841. Thank you.

HECTOR

Black & White Male ESS MICROCHIPPED

Stolen from kennels in Hambleden RG9

At approx 1:00 PM today 5 January the kennels at a member’s property at Hambleden were broken into, locks were smashed and a black and white springer spaniel was stolen. The kennels are alarmed and probably this disturbed the offenders because they left a cocker spaniel behind, running loose. Any information to: 07793233867 or 07841202091. Police crime number: GF3744542/11. “
