Twister and her pups.

We made a special trip to pick Twister up from Wales.

We had recieved a phone call to say she was going to be drowned because she was pregnant.

Bill collected her and she had 5 pups

Luke was one of three pups that had been used as a football by kids.

Full of worms and also had a hairline fracture on his ribs.

“Fudge the 18-month-old Saluki in his role as an FBI agent.

He lives with five other dogs from DAWG, where he came from.”

Nelson came from a local draghunt and had to be hand-reared

The pups are Jill’s babies,

she was a Collie that was kept in a shed.

They were ill on and off,
Phillipa couldn’t work out what was wrong with them.

Suddenly one or
other of them would convulse and stop breathing and I would have to
shake them upside down to get them breathing and rub their backs.

Off to Phillipa’s they would go and be fine there.

It was weird, I couldn’t work out if it was an allergy or something else.

They all seemed to get over it and were healthy pups in the end.

Jill went to live with a
retired man and the pups went off to various homes.
