Jet has now found a home !!

progress update: 27/10/2018

He is such a sweet boy but nervous around other male dogs… here he is at the doggy park, learning how to socialise with other doggies.
He had a great time and made good progress

Jet is four years old and a Lab cross Collie.
Jet has been kept in a shed all his life and if that was not bad enough he was also tied up.
A kindly neighbour took him for his first walks while the unpleasant man (who Jet had the misfortune to live with) was in hospital.
Sadly, as soon as he was back home he stopped his neighbour walking him and poor Jet was back in the shed 24 hours a day.
He is work in progress and is loving his walks with John.
John takes him out for two hours at a time which has helped tremendously in Jet’s socialisation.

We usually only rehome within approx. 50 miles of the Bournemouth / Poole area
so that we can ensure the continued well-being of the dogs in our care.
We will only rehome further afield if the homes are exceptional.
We are NOT looking for just ANY home that is offered.
All potential homes will be assessed to try and ensure the best possible home
to cater for the differing needs of each individual dog that we rescue
