Brock

Brock needs a home !!

progress update: 06/10/2017

Today Brock went on a walk with DAWGdog Rex and his friend Barney.
He was such a good boy, very friendly with everyone he met.
Brock is brilliant in the car and good on the lead.

Brock is an unclaimed stray who arrived last week.

He has quickly settled into Geoff’s house with all his dogs.

He is young probably around a year old.

Boss is Labrador size and a Heinz 57.

He is gentle and has a lovely nature.

If you may be able to offer a home

please call Helen on 01202 380467

We usually only rehome within approx. 50 miles of the Bournemouth / Poole area
so that we can ensure the continued well-being of the dogs in our care.
We will only rehome further afield if the homes are exceptional.
We are NOT looking for just ANY home that is offered.
All potential homes will be assessed to try and ensure the best possible home
to cater for the differing needs of each individual dog that we rescue

Marley (a.k.a Sam) and Hendrix ( a.k.a Sergei )

REHOMED

progress update: 13/9/13

I thought I’d provide an update on Marley (previously Sam) who has been with me for 5 wonderful years now.
He really is the best decision I have ever made.
From the timid, skinny dog he once was to the bouncy confident fluffball he is now –
It’s been a real joy to be part of this journey and watch him grow.
In anticipation of welcoming Marley into my home, I bought toys a plenty, on the assumption that he would be playful,
needing that mental stimulation as previous Collie’s in the family did.
I threw the ball and he didn’t even follow it with his eyes let alone his feet!
For the first year or so I was playing fetch with myself!
Now, as the photos show he has reverted back to a puppy!
He not only chases the ball when I throw it, he also entertains himself, launching it up in the air if I’m distracted having a chat -he’s brilliant entertainment! He is also the best sidekick I could ask for, still coming to work with me every day, keeping me company.
He gives the best cuddles.. apart from when he thinks he is a lapdog which proves a little awkward considering his size!
Everyone loves this big softy, as do I with every fibre of my being.
Thank you for introducing him to my life, and for all the brilliant work you do.
Here’s to the next 5 years with this wonderful weirdo.
All the best, Jess
