Kerry

Kerry has now found a home !!

Kerry was poor boy kept in a horse box – how very sad for a young dog to be kept confined with just a scrap of blanket to lie on.

He is two years old, gets on great with other dogs and even though arriving thin enough to make his head look too big for his body he is now starting to fatten up and his coat is starting to have a lovely gloss to it.
He has been spending a lot of time with Jane going on long walks discovering the joys of life outside a horse box.
At first he was frightened of everything around him and bolted into a bush where he stayed for 20 mins with Jane waiting patiently for him to get the courage up to come out again.
He did when a dog walked past and he wanted to say Hello to it.
He has been off the lead for the first time since his first walk and wants to stick close to Jane.
What a lovely natured boy he is always friendly to people and dogs he meets.

Thank you to Afrivets !!

A huge thank you to everyone at Afrivets and their clients
who donated to our collection box there and have raised the amount of £74.84
We recently had two dogs arrive to us with medical conditions and this money has gone towards their treatment.
Thank you all.

Jasper

Jasper has now found a home !!

Jasper was handed into the Rescue from the same people that handed in Lady.

He is a Jack Russel around 7 years old.
He seems to get on with other dogs.
Pauline who Jasper is fostering with says he is a lovely boy and no trouble at all.

Barley

Barley has now found a home !!

Due to accommodation problems Barley was handed into us.

Barley is a 7 years old and a Collie x Labrador.
She gets on very well with other dogs, cats and has lived with a child.
She is very ball orientated and loves nothing more than to fetch the ball back to you.
She is good off the lead too

What an excellent turn out of eager dogs to join us at the annual beach dog walk arranged very kindly by Linda and her team at Durley Chine beach office.
Gilly came all the way from Somerset and Dinky and Gouchie now called George came down from Southampton.
Thank you so very much for all of you that turned up and a very heartfelt thanks to Linda and the Beach Rangers for organising it all again.

A massive thank you to Linda and her team at the Durley Chine Beach Office for the fantastic total of £266.15 that was raised.

Look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
