Bruce, Rolf and Harris have now all found new homes !!

Hi Helen.
I thought it was time to do an update on Harris .
what can I say about this handsome little man other than
he is scrumptious truly scrumptious.
if you are looking for a dog who loves his play time
loves his food and especially loves his cuddles then this is the guy
for you.
Harris has come out of himself since his brothers have
found there new homes
he is inquisitive well socialized with my other dogs
hasn’t got a bad bone in him and knows when to be submissive  and mind
his manners with my other dogs
Harris is very much the baby in the group even though we
have paddy 14 week old collie x as well
if all the dogs get up to something naughty its always
Harris who seems to get caught in the act just like kids, the older
ones seem to think he wont get told off as much, as he is the little
one and mum will just give in with a little telling off.
I really believe that Harris would make a very good
companion and would be the most loyal of dogs.
Harris is trying his best to be house trained but he
still has some misshapes.
he will sit very nicely for his food and shows no
problems at all if you take things away from him.
the person who gets Harris will be very very lucky .
from what I’ve written about him I think you will see he
has a place in my heart. He is not the brightest of Kelpies but
defiantly one of the friendliest and most loving of pups

Bruce and Rolf have now found homes !!

progress update from Angela: 21st July 09
Hi Helen.
Not to a bad night with the pups once they played until 1ish and then we all went to bed.
They were clean overnight got up at 6am.
The biggest pup [Bruce] is a bit of a bully so we will try and sort that out
He really does pick on one of the little ones .
We then have mouth almighty [Rolf], he will growl and bark and answer you back.
Then we have the quiet guy who is the smallest of the three and the one who gets picked on [Harris]
They love playing in the garden and were very good getting their bath.
They found all the outside toys and played tag with them running up and down the garden which was great to watch
Just to remind you we have named them Bruce, Rolf, Harris – we went with the Australian theme!
Angela

Bruce, Rolf and Harris are kelpies ( Australian cattle dogs )

We usually only rehome within approx 30miles of the Bournemouth / Poole area
so that we can ensure the continued well-being of the dogs in our care.
We will only re-home further afield if the homes are exceptional.
We are NOT looking for just ANY home that is offered.
All potential homes will be assessed to try and ensure the best possible home
to cater for the differing needs of each individual dog that we rescue.
