Fifi ( a.k.a Pheonix )

Fifi has now found a home !!

progress update: 27/02/2016

Fifi has been with us a week now and has settled in very well, she has a wonderful nature and a few tricks up her paw, sitting up high 5 and shaking both paws are done with ease, the sitting up trick can be done for a long time as long as there is a biscuit on the horizon.
Fifi maybe a dog of slightly older years but she absolutely loves her walks, she walks very nicely on the lead no pulling at all and is very social in and out of the house with other dogs, regularly playing with one of my dogs at home.
Fifi travels well in the car and is happy to go in her crate through the night, she really is a fantastic little dog who loves her cuddles and fuss and will make someone a great companion.

This is Fifi: a lovely little Lhasa Apso who is approx 9 years old

We homed her a couple of years ago but she has sadly comeback to us due to the poor health  of the lady who adopted her.

She gets on very well with dogs but not cats.
She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Fifi has a lovely sweet nature and is a good all round little dog.

REHOMED

Hi Helen this is les using Tracks laptop,

Just to give you an update on fifi, she went in to get a cyst removed of her back a couple of weeks ago, it all went very well, she didn’t need to wear a cone as the baby grow was ideal and the vet was very pleased with the idea, saying it was better than the cone.
Please find attached pics in order..
The first after the operation.
Second just home after operation a bit drowsy and feeling very sorry for herself..
The third one in her new suit lol..
The fourth one , now she’s showing off her new suit..
The fifth stitches out and sulking because the baby grow had to go ..and scar healing lovely.
As of today’s date she back to herself , just waiting for hair to grow back..
Please attach these to your DAWGdog facebook page and the write up so everyone can see the new outfit lol.

Thanks
Regards les

Hello Helen
Please find a pic of a pet portrait of FIFI done in pastel colours , the artist is local in Verwood and a very close friend of mine .
She would like you and all your friends at Dawg and anyone else connected to Dawg , foster and carers , that she would be willing to do anyone else’s pet portraits at a reduced rate of £30 + £5.00 for the frame . if anyone would like one please go through me and I will pass on her details . She can do one from a photo sent by email , or post the original pic to her …. This would make an ideal present and im sure I speak on behalf of my mum who loves her FIFI which she got from the rescue and for her now to have a lasting picture of her great little friend

  2. These little terriers have been with me for three days and have made perfect house guests, today we went to hengistbury head and mudeford spite, and where out walking for almost four hours,Alfie played and loved his swimming,Bud enjoyed a more sedate paddle but dispite her size she kept up and really enjoyed herself, dont be fooled by the weight she is really up for some fun and can only get slimmer!Got home late afternoon and even Alfie slept till he put himself to bed at 7.30 lol.these two are little gems, crate trained house trained and great fun to walk of the lead
