Nelly is a lovely girl, very easy going and easy to live with.
She gets on really well with all the dogs here and those she meets on walks. The white markings on her face make her look older than the four to five years that she is.
Easy to walk on the lead, clean in the house and a typical Lurcher coach potato. As soon as arrives back from a walk she curls up for a long snooze.

Nelly arrived into the Rescue with her bones showing.
As you can see she has put on a good amount of weight.
She has clearly been ill treated and still is hand shy but less so.
She immediately got on with the other dogs and really has the sweetest nature.
She is around three years old.
Now she has settled in more I will be taking her out for walks in the park and letting her off in the enclosed area.

We usually only rehome within approx. 50 miles of the Bournemouth / Poole area so that we can ensure the continued well-being of the dogs in our care.
We will only rehome further afield if the homes are exceptional.
We are NOT looking for just ANY home that is offered.
All potential homes will be assessed to try and ensure the best possible home to cater for the differing needs of each individual dog that we rescue
