Duke has now found a home !!

about 6 year old the most kind genuine friendly dog, (intact male) beautiful to look at a proper fluffy old style border collie with tons of fur broad head and body. was emaciated when he came in but improving all the time and is very good with all other dogs but sadly some males take umbridge to him and will try to attack him, he doesnt retaliate and is such a gentle soul you can see why he was depressed at the kennels he came from he knew if the wrong male dog got loose he d be ‘getting it’, he has the scars to prove he s been through the wars. Also is cow hocked. Looks like he may have had it broken at hock on left back leg and probably wasnt set, as its a knarled joint and leg sticks out a bit but causes him no trouble at all, running and playing are no bother to him. His recall isnt good and I havent had him long enough to do anything about it but he s brill on the lead. Only a hard case couldnt fall for this Prince of dogs, what a sweetie. Doesnt get car sick, happy to travel.
