I rehomed Willow from you 7 years ago. Now she’s rescuing a kitten.
Little guys mum disappeared last Sunday so I’ve taken him on and he will then live with my sister.
Willow looks after him though!
Thank you Pets at Home!!
We would all like to say a huge Thank You to Chris, everyone
at Pets at Home, Branksome and all their customers
who gave so generously in the recent Support Adoption for Pets fundraiser.
A massive £500 was raised!
It is a tremendous help for us towards our vet bills and care of the rescue dogs.

Quick Carrie update as she’s been here a couple of weeks..
She had her first trip to the pub yesterday and was the perfect lady.
As you can see from the pictures, she was making herself at home and is child friendly too.
Shes got quite a prey drive so no small ferries, other than that shes perfect in every way, she really is delightful
She absolutely loves men by the way!!

Following the photo of Carrie which was taken upon her arrival to the Rescue a month ago,
we are so pleased to be able to share these pics taken today
she has gained weight and her wounds have healed nicely
amazing what some TLC can achieve

Poor Carrie arrived to us in not a good state of health.
Covered in scars with a few open wounds and very thin as well.
In the last few weeks her wounds have healed, she is putting on weight and become more confident.
We will post more recent photos this week.
This is one that was taken soon after she arrived.

Hello we just wanted to share our news, our Bruce pictured next to Stuart had been unwell and we thought he might have diabetes.
We were referred to Southern Counties Vet in Ringwood on Wednesday and after a very emotional day he has been diagnosed with Cushing’s Syndrome. Like many people who had no idea about this illness. But relieved to know with the correct dosage of medication he will continue to live and full and active life,
We thank everyday we spend with our two Kelpie rescues from DAWGDOGS and thank you Helen for all your support and for trusting us to take care of our beautiful pair

Charlie one of our Dawgdogs came with Sarah who he now lives with to visit Helen at her allotment.
He has obviously heard what a good weed killer Buddy was and decided to help with digging over one of the beds and a good job he made of it too as you can see from the photo.
Helen was most impressed with his fine sieving of the soil and encouraged him to dig over different parts which she then raked over.
Come again soon Charlie, Helen has another new bed to dig over!
